This issue involves an Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation vulnerability, which enables a malicious actor to execute a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attack. The attacker can exploit this vulnerability through the cluster description field, ultimately leading to the injection of malicious scripts into a user's web browser. The result is potential unauthorized access to user information or even compromise of the entire Rancher platform.
