Summary
CVE-2024-51866 is a Cross-site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Mr. Riponshah Social button. The flaw, which allows Stored XSS, occurs due to improper neutralization of user input during web page generation. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by injecting malicious scripts into a website, posing a threat to unsuspecting visitors who view the compromised page. The Social button versions from n/a through 1.3 are reportedly affected.
