Summary
CVE-2024-51631 is a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability affecting Eftakhairul Islam's Sticky Social Bar. This issue allows malicious actors to manipulate user actions, potentially leading to unintended data changes or unauthorized actions. The vulnerability exists in the Sticky Social Bar from version n/a through 2.0, putting a significant number of users at risk. Successful exploitation occurs when a user unknowingly clicks a specially crafted link, which then triggers a malicious request on their behalf.
