Summary

CVE-2024-50559 is a vulnerability affecting multiple RUGGEDCOM and SCALANCE routers, including RM1224 LTE, M804PB, M812-1, M816-1, M826-2, M874-2, M874-3, M876-3, M876-4, MUM853-1, MUM856-1, MUM856-1 (CN), MUM856-1 (EU), MUM856-1 (RoW), S615 EEC, and S615. These devices do not sufficiently validate certificate filenames, potentially enabling authenticated attackers to append arbitrary data, compromising the routers' integrity. All versions prior to V8.2 are affected.
