Summary
CVE-2024-50092: In the Linux kernel's netconsole component, a harmless warning is being unnecessarily triggered when there is no user data to be sent. The warning message is issued when the 'this_chunk' variable is zero, which is a valid scenario. However, the code incorrectly interprets this as an error, causing unnecessary warnings. This issue has been addressed in the latest kernel update.
