Summary

CVE-2024-49039 is a newly disclosed Windows vulnerability that allows an attacker to gain elevated privileges through the Task Scheduler. By manipulating a specially crafted task, an adversary can exploit this EoP (Elevation of Privilege) weakness to execute arbitrary code with administrative rights.
