Summary
CVE-2024-48150 refers to a stack overflow vulnerability identified in the D-Link DIR-820L 1.05B03 firmware. This issue is located in the sub_451208 function, which, when exploited, can lead to the crash of the affected device's stack memory. An attacker can potentially exploit this vulnerability by crafting and sending specially crafted packets to the router. Successful exploitation could result in a denial-of-service (DoS) condition or, potentially, allow the attacker to execute arbitrary code with elevated privileges.
