Summary
CVE-2024-47525 is a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting LibreNMS, an open-source network monitoring system. The flaw resides in the "Alert Rules" feature and enables authenticated users to inject malicious JavaScript code through the "Title" field. Successful exploitation can result in the execution of malicious scripts in other users' sessions, potentially leading to account compromise and unauthorized actions. This issue has been addressed in version 24.9.0.
