CVE-2024-46610 is a newly disclosed access control vulnerability affecting IceCMS version 3.4.7 and older. This issue permits attackers to manipulate user information, specifically the username and password, by sending a specially crafted POST request to the/User/ChangeUser/s endpoint within the ChangeUser function in UserController.java.
