CVE-2024-46257 is a command injection vulnerability that affects the requestLetsEncryptSslWithDnsChallenge function in NginxProxyManager version 2.11.3. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by adding Let's Encrypt certificates and injecting malicious commands, leading to remote code execution.
