Summary

CVE-2024-45320 is a newly disclosed out-of-bounds write vulnerability that affects DocuPrint CP225w version 01.22.01 and earlier, DocuPrint CP228w version 01.22.01 and earlier, DocuPrint CM225fw version 01.10.01 and earlier, and DocuPrint CM228fw version 01.10.01 and earlier. Maliciously crafted printer job files can trigger this vulnerability, leading to a denial-of-service (DoS) condition. Successful exploitation may result in the MFP crashing or becoming unresponsive.
