Summary
CVE-2024-44855 is a newly disclosed vulnerability affecting Open Robotics Robotic Operating System 2 (ROS2) and specifically the navigation2 package version humble. This issue involves a NULL pointer dereference within the nav2_navfn_planner() component, which can result in unintended system behavior or crashes.
