Summary
CVE-2024-44610 is a vulnerability affecting PCAN-Ethernet Gateway FD versions prior to 1.3.0 and PCAN-Ethernet Gateway versions before 2.11.0. Hackers can exploit this issue by injecting commands via shell metacharacters during a software update process in the file "processing.php".
