Summary
CVE-2024-44102 is a newly identified vulnerability affecting various versions of PP TeleControl Server Basic, including 1000 to 5000 V3.1, 256 to 1000 V3.1, 32 to 64 V3.1, 64 to 256 V3.1, 8 to 32 V3.1, 1000 V3.1, 256 V3.1, 32 V3.1, 5000 V3.1, 64 V3.1, 8 V3.1, TeleControl Server Basic Serv Upgr, and TeleControl Server Basic Upgr V3.1. These versions have redundancy configured and are vulnerable to remote attacks. An unauthenticated attacker can exploit the vulnerability by sending maliciously crafted serialized objects to the affected system, leading to insecure deserialization. Consequentially, the attacker could execute arbitrary code on the device with SYSTEM privileges.
