Summary
CVE-2024-43447 is a newly disclosed remote code execution vulnerability affecting Windows SMBv3 servers. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending a specially crafted packet to a targeted SMBv3 server, resulting in arbitrary code execution on the system. Successful exploitation could allow an attacker to gain full control of the affected system, potentially leading to data theft or further compromise.
