Summary
CVE-2024-42355 is a vulnerability affecting Shopware, an open-source e-commerce platform. prior to versions 6.6.5.1 and 6.5.8.13, Shopware's new Twig Tag `sw_silent_feature_call` accepted unescaped strings as parameters for feature flag names to silence. This flaw allows attackers to execute arbitrary code by injecting malicious code as a feature flag name. To mitigate this risk, it is recommended to update Shopware to versions 6.6.5.1 or 6.5.8.13. For older Shopware versions 6.2, 6.3, and 6.4, security measures are available via a plugin.
