Summary
CVE-2024-41705 is a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting Archer Platform versions 6.8 and below, up to 2024.06. A malicious user with authenticated access can exploit this issue to inject malicious HTML or JavaScript code into a trusted application data store. This code is then executed by the web browser within the vulnerable application context when victims access the affected data store, potentially leading to unintended executions or data theft. The vulnerability is distinct from, but shares similarities with, CVE-2023-30639. Releases 6.14.P4 (6.14.0.4) and 6.13 P4 (6.13.0.4) have been identified as fixes for this issue.
