Summary

CVE-2024-40891: A post-authentication command injection vulnerability exists in the management commands of the Zyxel VMG4325-B10A firmware version 1.00(AAFR.4)C0_20170615. This issue allows authenticated attackers to execute operating system commands on the affected device via Telnet, posing a significant risk. Note that this vulnerability only affects unsupported versions of the firmware. It is recommended that users update their firmware to a secure and supported version as soon as possible to mitigate this threat.
