Summary
CVE-2024-40729 is a newly identified cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting netbox v4.0.3. This issue allows malicious actors to inject arbitrary web scripts or HTML into the Name parameter of the /dcim/interfaces/add/ endpoint.
