Summary

CVE-2024-34118 is a new vulnerability affecting Adobe Illustrator versions 28.5 and 27.9.4, and older releases. This issue involves Improper Input Validation, allowing an attacker to induce an Application Denial-of-Service (DoS) condition. By tricking users into opening a malicious file, the attacker can make the application unresponsive or even terminate its execution. Users are strongly advised to update their Illustrator software to mitigate this risk.
