Summary

CVE-2024-30170 is a newly discovered vulnerability affecting PrivX before version 34.0. This issue permits an attacker to carry out data exfiltration and denial of service attacks through the REST API. The vulnerability has been addressed in minor versions 33.1, 32.3, 31.3, and later, as well as in major version 34.0 and later. Users are strongly advised to update their PrivX installations to mitigate this risk.
