Summary
CVE-2024-26011 is a critical vulnerability affecting multiple Fortinet products, including FortiManager, FortiPAM, FortiProxy, FortiOS, FortiSwitchManager, FortiPortal, and their respective versions. This issue stems from a missing authentication mechanism for a critical function, permitting unauthenticated attackers to execute unauthorized code or commands via specially crafted packets. Fortinet versions 7.4.0 through 7.4.2, 7.2.0 through 7.2.4, 7.0.0 through 7.0.11, 6.4.0 through 6.4.14, FortiPAM versions 1.2.0, 1.1.0 through 1.1.2, 1.0.0 through 1.0.3, FortiProxy versions 7.4.0 through 7.4.2, 7.2.0 through 7.2.9, 7.0.0 through 7.0.17, 2.0.0 through 2.0.14, 1.2.0 through 1.2.13, 1.1.0 through 1.1.6, 1.0.0 through 1.0.7, FortiSwitchManager versions 7.2.0 through 7.2.3, and 7.0.0 through 7.0.3, FortiPortal versions 6.0.0 through 6.0.14, FortiOS versions 7.4.0 through 7.4.3, 7.2.0 through 7.2.7, 7.0.0 through 7.0.14, 6.4.0 through 6.4.15, 6.2.0 through 6.2.16, and 6.0.0 through 6.0.18 are all vulnerable to this exploit.
