Summary
CVE-2024-21879 is a critical Command Injection vulnerability affecting Enphase IQ Gateway (Envoy) versions 4.x to 8.x and older than 8.2.4225. An authenticated endpoint of this system is vulnerable to improper neutralization of special elements in URL parameters, enabling attackers to inject OS commands. This issue poses a significant risk, as an attacker can execute arbitrary system commands on the affected system.
