Summary

CVE-2024-20487 is a stored XSS vulnerability affecting the web-based management interface of Cisco ISE. This issue arises due to insufficient input validation, allowing an authenticated, remote attacker to inject malicious code into interface pages. A successful exploit could result in the execution of arbitrary script code or the access of sensitive browser-based information. Attackers must have at least a low-privileged account on an affected device to exploit this vulnerability.
