Summary
CVE-2024-13728 is a Reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Accept Donations with PayPal & Stripe plugin for WordPress. Versions up to and including 1.4.4 are vulnerable due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This issue allows unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts into pages, potentially tricking users into performing harmful actions such as clicking on malicious links. Successful exploitation could lead to information disclosure, account takeover, or further unauthorized actions within the WordPress environment.
