Summary

CVE-2024-13573 is a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Zigaform – Form Builder Lite plugin for WordPress. This issue, present in versions 7.4.2 and below, allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level access or higher to inject malicious scripts into pages through the 'zgfm_rfvar' shortcode. The vulnerability stems from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes, resulting in the execution of arbitrary web scripts whenever an injected page is accessed.
