Summary
CVE-2024-13567 is a vulnerability affecting the Awesome Support – WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin. The issue, present in all versions up to 6.3.1, allows unauthenticated attackers to access sensitive information stored in the /wp-content/uploads/awesome-support directory. This directory may contain file attachments from support tickets, which can potentially include sensitive data. The vulnerability was partially addressed in version 6.3.1.
