Summary

CVE-2024-13461: A critical vulnerability affects the Autoship Cloud for WooCommerce Subscription Products plugin for WordPress. This issue, present in versions up to 2.8.0, allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level access or higher to execute stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attacks. The vulnerability is due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes within the 'autoship-create-scheduled-order-action' shortcode. Successful exploitation can inject arbitrary web scripts that run whenever a user accesses an injected page.
