CVE-2024-13456 is a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Easy Quiz Maker plugin for WordPress. This issue, present in all versions up to 2.0, allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level access or above to inject arbitrary web scripts. The vulnerability stems from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes within the 'wqt-question' shortcode, leading to the execution of malicious scripts whenever a user accesses an injected page.
