Summary
CVE-2024-12811 is a vulnerability affecting the Traveler theme for WordPress. This issue allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level permissions and above to execute arbitrary files on the server through the 'hotel_alone_slider' shortcode's 'style' attribute in all versions up to 3.1.8. By exploiting this Local File Inclusion vulnerability, attackers can bypass access controls, obtain sensitive data, or achieve code execution. This can have serious consequences, such as unauthorized access to the system or sensitive information disclosure.
