Summary

CVE-2024-12444: The WP Dispensary plugin for WordPress contains a Stored Cross-Site Scripting vulnerability up to and including version 4.5.0. This issue stems from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes within the 'wpd_menu' shortcode. Consequently, authenticated attackers with contributor-level access or higher can inject arbitrary web scripts, leading to the execution of malicious code whenever an affected page is accessed.
