Summary
CVE-2024-12334 is a Reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the WC Affiliate – A Complete WooCommerce Affiliate Plugin for WordPress. All versions up to and including 2.4 are vulnerable. This issue arises due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping, enabling unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts into pages. Successful exploitation requires users to perform a specific action, such as clicking on a malicious link, thereby executing the injected scripts.
