Summary

CVE-2024-12332 is a vulnerability affecting the WPSchoolPress plugin for WordPress, which is used for school management. The flaw, present in all versions up to 2.2.14, allows authenticated attackers with Student/Parent-level access or higher to perform SQL Injection attacks. This is due to insufficient escaping of user-supplied data in the 'cid' parameter and a lack of sufficient preparation of existing SQL queries. As a result, malicious SQL queries can be appended to legitimate ones, potentially enabling attackers to extract sensitive data from the database.
