Summary
CVE-2024-12321 is a Reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the WC Affiliate WordPress plugin up to version 2.3.9. This issue arises due to the plugin's failure to sanitize and escape a user parameter before rendering it on the page. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by injecting malicious scripts into the parameter, enabling them to execute arbitrary code in the context of the targeted user, potentially gaining administrative privileges.
