Summary
CVE-2024-12302 is a vulnerability affecting the Icegram Engage WordPress plugin before version 3.1.32. This issue arises from the plugin's failure to properly sanitize and escape certain Campaign settings. An attacker with author or higher privileges can exploit this flaw to inject malicious scripts into a targeted website. The result is a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attack, which can lead to unauthorized access, data theft, or website defacement.
