Summary

CVE-2024-12195: A vulnerability affects the WP Project Manager plugin for WordPress, allowing authenticated attackers to execute SQL Injections via the 'project_id' parameter of the /wp-json/pm/v2/projects/2/task-lists REST API endpoint. The issue stems from insufficient escaping of user-supplied data and the lack of sufficient preparation of existing SQL queries. Consequently, attackers can append additional SQL queries, potentially extracting sensitive information from the database. This vulnerability exists in all versions up to, and including, 2.6.16.
