CVE-2024-11945 is a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Email Reminders plugin for WordPress. The flaw, present in all versions up to 2.0.4, allows authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access or higher to inject malicious scripts into pages. The 'id' parameter is the culprit, with insufficient input sanitization and output escaping enabling the attack. Successful exploitation results in the execution of the injected scripts whenever a user accesses an affected page.
