CVE-2024-11785 is a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Integrate Firebase plugin for WordPress. In versions up to 0.9.3, user-supplied attributes in the plugin's 'firebase_show' shortcode lack adequate input sanitization and output escaping, enabling authenticated attackers with contributor-level access or higher to inject malicious scripts. These scripts will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page, posing a significant security risk.
