Summary

CVE-2024-11748 is a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Taeggie Feed plugin for WordPress. This issue, present in all versions up to 0.1.9, enables authenticated attackers with contributor-level access or above to inject malicious scripts. The vulnerability is due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes, specifically within the 'taeggie-feed' shortcode. Successful exploitation allows the attacker to execute arbitrary web scripts whenever a user accesses an injected page.
