CVE-2024-11747 is a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Responsive Videos plugin for WordPress. This issue, present in all versions up to 2.1, stems from insufficient sanitization and output escaping of user-supplied attributes in the 'somryv' shortcode. Consequently, authenticated attackers with contributor-level access or above can inject malicious web scripts. Upon accessing an injected page, these scripts will execute, posing a potential security risk to users.
