CVE-2024-11601 is a Cross-Site Request Forgery vulnerability affecting the Sky Addons for Elementor plugin, specifically versions up to and including 2.6.1. This issue stems from insufficient nonce validation in the save_options() function, enabling unauthenticated attackers to manipulate arbitrary options on WordPress sites. By deceiving administrators into completing certain actions, such as clicking malicious links, attackers can execute forged requests and modify the targeted options, which can include saving arrays as values.
