Summary

CVE-2024-11555 is a remote code execution vulnerability affecting IrfanView. This issue lies in the DXF file parsing feature, where insufficient validation of user-supplied data leads to an out-of-bounds write. Attackers can exploit this vulnerability by creating malicious DXF files or malicious webpages, requiring user interaction to execute the attack.
