Summary
CVE-2024-11451 is a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Zooom plugin for WordPress. This issue allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level access or higher to inject arbitrary web scripts into the plugin's 'zooom' shortcode. The shortcoming lies in the insufficient input sanitization and output escaping of user-supplied attributes, enabling the attacker's malicious code to be stored and executed whenever a user accesses an injected page.
