The issue lies in the insufficient input sanitization and output escaping of the 'page' parameter, making it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts. Successful exploitation occurs when a user is tricked into performing an action like clicking on a malicious link. Versions up to and including 1.4.19 of this plugin are vulnerable to this issue.
