Summary
CVE-2024-11393 is a deserialization vulnerability affecting Hugging Face Transformers' MaskFormer Model. This issue allows remote code execution, meaning an attacker can execute arbitrary code on affected installations by supplying untrusted data to the model parsing process. The flaw arises from insufficient validation of user-supplied data, resulting in deserialization of untrusted data. User interaction is necessary for exploitation, as the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file.
