CVE-2024-11388 is a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Dino Game plugin for WordPress. The issue, which exists in all versions up to 1.1.0, stems from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes within the plugin's 'dino-game' shortcode. This flaw enables authenticated attackers with contributor-level access or higher to inject arbitrary web scripts into pages. Upon accessing an injected page, these scripts will execute, potentially leading to unintended actions or data exposure.
