Summary
CVE-2024-11135 is a vulnerability affecting the Eventer plugin for WordPress. This issue arises due to insufficient escaping of the 'event' parameter used in the 'eventer_get_attendees' function, which is present in all versions up to 3.9.8. As a result, unauthenticated attackers can inject additional SQL queries into existing ones, enabling them to extract sensitive information from the database. This vulnerability poses a significant risk and requires immediate attention and patching from WordPress site owners using the Eventer plugin.
