Summary

CVE-2024-11036 is a vulnerability affecting the GamiPress plugin for WordPress. The issue, which exists in versions 7.1.5 and below, allows unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary shortcodes through the gamipress_get_user_earnings AJAX action. This vulnerability arises because the plugin does not adequately validate user-supplied values before running the do_shortcode function, enabling attackers to inject and execute malicious code.
