Summary
CVE-2024-10794 is a newly identified Information Exposure vulnerability affecting the Boostify Header Footer Builder for Elementor plugin for WordPress. This vulnerability, which exists in all versions up to 1.3.6, stems from insufficient restrictions on which posts can be included via the 'bhf' shortcode. Consequently, authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access or higher can access data from private or draft posts created via Elementor that they should not be authorized to view. This issue poses a potential security risk to WordPress sites using the Boostify plugin. It is recommended that users update to the latest plugin version as soon as possible to mitigate this vulnerability.
