Summary
CVE-2024-10778 is a newly disclosed Information Exposure vulnerability affecting the BuddyBuilder plugin for WordPress, specifically versions up to and including 1.7.4. This vulnerability is caused by insufficient restrictions on the 'elementor-template' shortcode, resulting in authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access or higher being able to extract data from private or draft posts created by Elementor. These posts may contain sensitive information that should not be accessible to unauthorized users.
